I consider the charms my happy thoughts! Cathleen answered all of my pre-order questions quickly and courteously and thoroughly. She sent my order quickly and provided me with a tracking number so I could watch their progress through the mail. It made me feel very secure about my order. The charms arrived in a beautiful ocean water blue bag and in the blue box shown on the website. They were packaged protectively... I could not be happier with my little pieces of Hawaii! "My husband and I were just in Maui, one of my goals was to purchase that "special" Maui/Hawaii charm for my Pandora bracelet. I went to several stores that sold Pandora charms and none of them had those special Maui Pandora beads. We went to Whaler's Village in Kaanapali and as we were leaving the village I noticed a sign advertising Charms of Aloha.....this was at Cruise Maui Boutique. I called my husband back and we decided to see what they had. Well....I have to tell you......you made my vacation. The most special things I purchased while on vacation were your charms! I could not decide between the Honu Turtle and the "I heart Maui" bead. My husband said....."get both of them"! I look at these every day and remember the awesome time we had in Maui.
