“Aloha” means much more than hello or good-bye. The literal meaning of aloha is “the breath of life”. Alo = presence, Ha = breath. Its deeper meaning however, exposes its latent sacredness.
On a spiritual level it is an acknowledgment of the divinity that dwells within everything. Aloha means to hear what is not said, to see what cannot be seen and to know the unknowable. Aloha is a way of living, a way of treating each other with love & respect and a joyful sharing of life energy. When you ‘live aloha’, you live in harmony.

Cathleen Bunt, the designer and originator of the Charms of Aloha line, is an award-winning fine art jeweler residing on Maui for the last 23 years. She works from her studio on the south coast and produces a wide variety of work from the unique and affordable, to luxurious one-of-a-kind pieces.
Cathleen’s spiritual interests combine with her love of nature to serve as inspiration for the Charms of Aloha line.
